Welcome to Horseshoe Ranch,
Horseshoe Ranch has been concentrating on raising working bloodlines selling, in Manitoba, Alberta and south into Illinois.
Most foals sold are enrolled into the NAERIC Incentive Program allowing their new owners a chance at doubling their winnings.
We have raised horsed who have been successful in the roping arena, as pickup horses at major rodeos and are now branching
into show ring success. Our horses are used on the ranch, for trail rides, 4-H horses and as all round family friends.
Owned by Floyd and Bernice Johnson of Frobisher, Saskatchewan, Canada, and situated just 10 miles straight north of the
24-hour port of entry of Portal, North Dakota, Horseshoe Ranch has a convenient location for our American buyers. Consisting
of 2880 acres the ranch is home to 200 horses and 120 cows.
Our foals are raised in a natural environment, which allows them to run:
over the hills,
through the river,
across the rocks,
in the wide open spaces.
We feel this creates strong bones and horses that have a natural agility and balance.
